From investigative fieldwork to new prototypes for live performance, Acoustic Territories // White Noise was an evening of sonic and audiovisual experimentation, exploring listening, spaces, and the sounds of the worlds around us. The evening began with work from artists in the IED unit Acoustic Territories, who explored interactivity, multi-sensory ecologies, sonic justice, forensic listening, and live electronics. The second half of the event became an edition of White Noise, offering students across the RCA a chance to present new work in progress, research, and collaborative improvisation.
